Built for adventure and refined enough for everyday wear, the Seiko Prospex Alpinist SPB117J1 combines Seiko’s renowned mechanical watchmaking with a distinctive, practical design.
Featuring a 39.5mm stainless steel case, a striking black dial and a durable stainless steel bracelet, this Alpinist offers a versatile look that works equally well in the outdoors or in the city. Its signature rotating inner compass ring adds a functional touch inspired by exploration, while the screw-down crown and 200m water resistance provide confidence wherever the day takes you.
At its heart is Seiko’s 6R35 automatic movement, which can also be wound manually and delivers an impressive approximately 70-hour power reserve. A date display, LumiBrite hands and indexes, and a magnified date window make the watch both practical and highly legible.
The watch is protected by a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, offering excellent scratch resistance and clarity, while the see-through case back provides a view of the mechanical movement within.

Postage & Returns
At Rocks, we aim to ship your order within 5-7 days of receipt. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 2-3 days unless an item is out of stock. If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days, we will contact you promptly with an estimated delivery date, giving you the option to modify or cancel your order. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
