What is the Rocks Return/Exchange Policy?

RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ITEM: If returning goods purchased online, keep them in your possession and care for them until returned. Items must be in original condition within the 14-day cooling-off period. Return to Rocks stores or via post, incurring postage costs for change of mind. For in-store returns, bring the dispatch note as proof of purchase. Exchanges are organized for items in original condition; refunds require customer initiation via email or telephone. If received as a gift, a gift card is issued. For faulty items, Rocks covers the return postage cost. The dispatch note must accompany the returned item for refunds. WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT RETURNS:Sale item returns reflect the price paid, not the full price.Pierced earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons.Worn or visibly worn jewelry isn't accepted for return.Post-14-day cooling-off period, refunds are discretionary or store credit.In store purchases are offered store credit only.Refund policy doesn't affect statutory rights.

PAYMENT:Secure debit/credit card payment through Realex Payments.Deferred payment policy: cards charged when ready to ship.Do not email credit card details; pay by phone instead.

SHIPPING:Orders shipped within 14 days (normal shipping time: 4-5 days).Contacted for orders exceeding 14 days; the right to change or cancel.Free delivery for Irish orders over €50; registration incurs a fee.Rocks not liable for lost items in the post.

How is my order packaged?

Each item purchased is packaged just like our instore experience. Our new gold packaging is luxurious and durable and will ensure your piece travels safely. We take great care to ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Take a look at our packaging here.

Can I insure my jewellery?

You can add your jewellery onto the home contents policy of your home or rental property. You will be provided with a Valuation for the purpose of insurance at the point of purchase which will allow you to successfully add the piece of jewellery to your policy.
