Postage & Returns
We are extending our return policy for all orders placed online in December 2024, allowing returns until 14th January 2025.
At Rocks, we aim to ship your order within 14 days of receipt. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 4-5 days unless an item is out of stock. If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days, we will contact you promptly with an estimated delivery date, giving you the option to modify or cancel your order. Please note that Rocks is not liable for any items lost during transit.
UK orders - your order may be subject to customs charges which are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the customs applied to any items being ordered from the UK.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
