Our workshops in Grafton Street & Stillorgan are a hive of activity repairing broken chains, resizing rings, changing watch batteries and so so much more.
Our expert team have been developing their skills for many years.
Here is a little run down on our repairs team and what makes them the best in the business.
Robbie Ferrie has been a member of the Rocks team for almost 45 years. He joined Rocks as a young lad and learned his trade as a watchmaker and horologist under the watchful eye of Dermot Rock. Robbie has so many loyal customers who regularly visit him during the year. He has a great eye for Vintage and Antique pieces too so his skills don't just stop at watch repairs. If you have beautiful sentimental or precious watch that needs some work come into our Stillorgan store and have a chat with Robbie.
Michael Rock is the eldest son of Dermot and started making and repairing jewellery from a very young age. Over the years he has gained qualifications as a Diamond Grader, Goldsmith & Jewellery Designer. Michael works out of our Grafton Street store and has create some of the most striking pieces of jewellery that were created to last a lifetime.
Victor Rock took an interest in Watch repairs and Horology early on and watched his Father closely in order to learn the trade. He has continued to not only carry our watch repairs in-house on a daily basis, he will also take care of broken links, jewellery cleaning and so much more. His wealth of knowledge regarding repairs, gemstones and jewellery is second to none. Come in and have a chat some day if you have some pieces that need some attention.
